With dynamic weekly workouts sent directly to your inbox, you can get your full-body burn in anywhere you stay or go, and we’ll balance variety and consistency along the way.

Focusing on form and core strength, we’ll build those muscle groups that not only improve your personal fitness, but help to prevent injury and improve posture.

Kate Weed has taught fitness classes professionally for over six years. With a background in barre, ballet, running, and yoga, she has synthesized her love for the form and grace of dance with the intensity of athletics.
